Connecting Modern Technology with Health
Nowadays most of us use modern technology to do our day to day activities easily. We practice using newly invented machines for our day to day activities. Unfortunately, they have an attack on our health. From such machines, we have lost the exercises that we take while doing our day to day activities. Therefore we have to do the exercises separately. Now we have exercising machines to do exercises. But many of us unable to select the correct machine that exactly matches for us. Without selecting the exact machine we unable to take the maximum output. this is due to poor knowledge about selecting machines and doing exercises on it. On the gym, there is an instructor to give advice. But people haven't time to participate in such a place due to the busyness of their lifestyle. But if we can find an instructor at our home I mean that not a human but a developed app that can get self-correct decisions that gym instructor give is may be very used full. Anyway, people need instructions.
On our office, we normally use the elevator to move the upper floors. We can save out time from it and we can do it without getting tired. This method may not be practical for high rise buildings but if we can use the stairs for moving one or two floors I think we don't need to spend time separately for doing exercises. If you are doing a job sitting on a chair the whole day you should take more exercises otherwise you may be very fat and your stomach may come front.
If we can have green tea instead of the tea we use in office it may be very much effectively contribute to our health. Before doing something we should think twice whether this will affect positively or negatively for our life. We should able to take the positive method though it is somewhat difficult if we worry about our personal health we should take that method. Otherwise, we have to get into trouble without doing healthy things.
Mainly the food that we eat directly apply for our personal health. Today there are so many modern food items with many flavorings, sugar, and salt. they badly affect our health. Instead of them if we are able to have homemade foods the amount that food affects our health could be reduced. Many people practiced taking breakfast as a short eat. Without taking a proper breakfast it may cause many diseases. some people practice to take a little amount of food for their breakfast and lunch but they take the dinner with all the remaining part of their breakfast and lunch. From it may cause for obesity. As after eating tonight we doest do any work just as morning or lunch, Just we sleep. Because of that, we can get obesity,
