Tips to protect your Eyes
The most valuable organ in the human body is the eyes. We can't see anything without our eyes. Therefore it is very important to protect them. Here are some tips to protect eyes.
01.Wearing Sunglasses
Normally we know that we should protect our body from direct sunlight. And also it should be applicable to our eyes. Direct sunlight means Ultraviolet Radiation(UVR). Mainly UVR comes from sunlight and also from reflected surfaces like water sand and etc...The best way to protect our eyes from exposing to UVR is wearing continuously sunglass with 100% protection with UVA and UVB rays. It is better to purchase it from an eye doctor. If you are too much exposed to UVR you can cause snow blindness (photo conjunctivitis)
02. When using a mobile or laptop
When you use a mobile or working in front of a computer screen you should blink often to keep moist of your eyes and reduce dryness and irritation. Adjust the brightness of your device to the amount that you can bear. It shouldn't be high brightness or low brightness. Adjust the font size and contrast also. It is better to wear computer glass (blue light filter glass, blue light blocking glasses) and also to fix a blue light filter for the computer screen.
03.Have a good rest at night
You know that the only time that we don't see anything from our eyes is the time we sleep only. It is the only time that our eyes get rest. Therefore we should take sleep for at least 8 hours a day. Otherwise, your eyes may get tired and if you do it continuously your eyes can get severe damages.
04. Use eye drops
When you feel your eyes are very dry or you feel some pain in your eyes you must use eye drops. But before using eye drops you should meet an eye doctor or a consultant physician to buy an eye drop. These eye drops are highly used by the ones who go for the glaucoma surgery.
05.Drink more water
Not even for the health of eyes also to the body you should drink more water. And also for the best vision of your eyes,
you have to eat most nutritious foods like Carrot, Green leaves and taking foods with Vitamin E, Vitamin C, Zink and etc... That foods prevent occuring longterm vision problems.
