Today we use mobile phones as an essential good in our day to day life. But if we were unable to use it correctly it can give us a lot of health problems. On today we discuss some points that we can do to minimize the health hazard comes from the cell phone.

01.Distance to your mobile phone and other electronic devices

     While talking with your mobile phone you should keep it as far as possible to your body. If it is a possible place to use the speakerphone, use speakerphone mode. It is better to use a corded headset or earphone. But not to use a wireless headset or earpiece because they contain more radiation than the cell phone. Try to keep the cell phone away from your head and body.

As cellphone manufactures unable to guarantee the amount of radiation you absorb avoid carrying it against the body like in pockets, sock, bra or spandex pants.

Don't keep your cellphone in your pockets while you are downloading huge files like videos games and films. While you are watching or enjoying them practice to put the mobile phone to airplane mode to avoid emitting radiation.

 Practice placing the laptop or tablet on a table while working without keeping it in your lap. Turn off the wireless functions while you are not using them. place the wifi routers away from bedrooms and the places where you spend time. As they emit more radiation.

02. Avoid Using Cell phone When Its Signal is Low

      Don't use your mobile phone when its coverage is low. When the coverage is low it always tries to connect to high coverage due to that the mobile emits high radiation because it attempts to connect to the nearest network antenna. And also the same thing happens when you are moving in high speed as when you are using an elevator, traveling in a vehicle.

Avoid making calls in cars elevators and places where you are covered with a metal structure. As the mobile phone is unable to collect the network it emits a lot of radiation.




03.No Mobiles For Kids
    
     Most mothers practice giving the cell phone to play games or listen to music to their child when cries. It is a simple trick done by mothers today. As they are small kids and their skin is still getting developed their skull is very thin and the brain is still developing the radiation emits by the cell phone can harm deeply to their body and brain. If they want to talk to their mother or father practice them to use the landline as they emit 10000 amount less radiation than cell phones.



04. Use your Home Or Office Corded Line for Conversations

      When you are at home or office forward all calls to the corded line and turn off the mobile. Try to use the cell phone only in an essential time, not at any time. Try to always use the corded landline but don't use the cordless one in land line it also does the same thing in mobile. Cordless mobiles emit electromagnetic microwaves therefor they are badly harming to your health and body. If you are using a mobile phone for a period of 20 - 30 minutes you can feel sleep or headache due to the effect of the electromagnetic waves.

Practice to text more than calling. When texting the radiation is low. the only thing that affects your health when using a mobile is radiation. Therefore if we can reduce the emitting of radiation we can reduce the damage to our body.

The radiation can damage sperms and ovaries. Therefore they can reduce your fertility.


05. Read the Cell Phone Manual

Read your cell phone manual and find the minimum distance that you should keep your mobile. But this minimum distance means withing that distance no damage to your body. It only shows that the damage is low on that margin.
